With over 30 years of dedicated preschool experience, Miss Wena, affectionately known as "Aunty Wena," is a passionate and nurturing educator who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our child day care program.

Miss Wena's journey in early childhood education has been marked by a commitment to fostering the growth and development of countless young learners. Her extensive background includes teaching positions at several esteemed institutions, including Kailua Methodist Preschool, Sunrise Preschool, Joy of Christ Preschool, Hawaii Child Center (before its closure), and Little Learners Preschool.

Having touched the lives of many children throughout her career, Miss Wena's warm and loving approach to teaching creates an environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore, learn, and thrive.

Aunty Wena has been a respected name in early childhood education since 2009, previously known as Little Learners Preschool at the Hawaiian Mission Academy Windward Campus. Due to a change in circumstances, we've relocated to Aunty Wena's loving home at 1283 Kika Street.
